How to resolve unsupported file type errors

If your file format is listed above but you're nevertheless seeing an "unsupported file type" error, it's possible that the media file you're trying to add is corrupted and needs repairing before it can get used in Clipchamp.

Consider obtaining the affected file again from its source or convert the file outside of Clipchamp and then add the resulting new file version to your editing project.
