Viva Glint survey programs allow your leaders to collect data and listen to your feedback about how happy you are at work. With this information, your company can take steps to become an organization where you bring your best self to work, where you feel part of the greater process and team, and to be a company that you recommend to others as a great place to work.
The goal of Viva Glint surveys is for your organization to help you:

Surveys may take place repeatedly throughout the year. Short, frequent surveys are the best way for your organization to turn your feedback into action and be responsive to your needs.
What does the survey process look like?
You will receive an invitation to the survey. Those with company email accounts will receive a link by email. Employees without company email addresses or computer access will receive survey access onsite. You will be notified of when the survey starts and how long you have to complete it.
It should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and your responses are completely confidential. For the best results from your organization, complete the survey with honest, thorough feedback.
Once the survey closes, your feedback is analyzed. Your manager will share results and host a conversation about which actions to prioritize. Be prepared to share ideas about solutions that you believe can fuel progress over time.
What is the survey window?
The survey window is the time from the day the survey opens until the day it closes for participation. If you haven’t completed your survey nearing its closing date, you will receive a reminder.
Using Copilot to rewrite comments
If you’re accessing Glint using your Entra ID and your admin has enabled Copilot in Viva Glint Survey Taking, you will see an option to “Rewrite with Copilot” in any text entry field in a Glint survey you’re taking. The Rewrite with Copilot feature in Viva Glint helps you improve the clarity, tone, and effectiveness of written feedback provided in survey comments. The feature can be launched directly from the comment fields in the Glint survey and helps you refine and remove identifiable writing styles from your comments while preserving the original intent of the message.
Rewrites are only applied if you accept them and can be edited until you submit your answers.
